So after much scavenging and slowly gathering parts together, I've finally managed to build my wife her very own gaming computer!
Finally her very own gaming computer!
It's not much but it plays MechWarrior and Subnautica!
Asus Maximus IX Apex
Intel Celeron G3900 2.8Ghz Dual Core
4GB DDR4 (not sure on speed)
MSI AMD RX 580 8GB
Kingston 120GB SSD
Seagate 7200RPM 250GB HDD
600w Coolermaster PSU
Like i said, not super powerful, but she loves it and we finally get to play PC games together!
She's also getting pretty good at playing MechWarrior Online too.

Hey all,
Sorry for the lack of updates the past few days, I had some network issues that required me to take the website down to fix.
Everything should be up and running just fine now :)
Also not much news to report, it's raining here in AZ (YAY)
so it's a peaceful day today :)
have a great day everyone :)

A long time ago in a land far far away, before the internet as we knew it, there was a system of bulletin boards, and for a time, it was good.
The BBS existed and allowed communications between the peoples of the world, they communicated through ASCII text and shared files with each other.
Then, a role playing game, called T-L.O.R.D. and it stood for Tournament-Legend Of the Red Dragon. Many would journey from distant corners of the BBS realm to play this game and share their adventures with each other, and for a time, it was good.
Then the internet evolved, it moved away from BBS to HTML based websites, PHP, CSS, Java, flash, and HTML5, and the legend of the red dragon was forgotten...
But, a glimmer of hope came about, a small group of adventurers longed for the stories and adventures they experienced from long ago. So they set out on a quest, to find a new method of seeking the legend of the red dragon. But they were met with a grave discovery... The Red Dragon, was no longer. In it's place, was a new dragon, one far more ferocious and dangerous, the Legend Of the Green Dragon was born.
The adventurers set out back to their home land, to spread word of the L.O.G.D. and bring communities back together to conquer this new adversary

Ok so after working and fiddling with Jommla's backend and how it manages notifications (and with the fact we now have a comment system).
I've enabled the ability to register a user account on this site!
What does that mean for you?
At the moment not too much, but it will provide you with email updates whenever something is posted to the site, as well as it will use your registered username in the comment system without needing to do anything special to log in.
I'm hoping to eventually add more features that will take advantage of this user registration but for now, registering will give you:
Email updates anytime something is posted here.
Username used in comments when you post a comment.
The registration, login/logout, and user control panel menu items are located in the top right of the page (or at the top if you are on mobile)
So if you haven't yet, go set up an account!!!
you only need your name, username, email and password :)
